This page is about yearly licenses. Lifetime licenses do not expire and never need a renewal.
When your license expires #
A yearly license expires one year after the purchase date. You can see the date in My Account.
How renewal works #
- Automatic renewal: if your plan renews automatically, we charge your payment method on the due date. Your license continues for another year.
- Manual renewal: we send you a reminder email before your license expires. Follow the link in the email to renew.
What happens if you do not renew #

Your settings, alerts and logs stay on your site. When you renew, you can download the newest version again.
Renewal payments are not refundable. If you do not want to renew, cancel before the renewal date. Read Cancel your subscription.
