If your yearly license renews automatically, you can stop it. You can do this in two ways.
Option 1: Cancel in My Account #
- Log in to My Account.
- Find your subscription.
- Click Cancel, and confirm.
Option 2: Contact us #
Send us a message from our contact page, or email support@prefixwp.com. Use the email address from your purchase. Tell us your order number or license key.
Cancel before the renewal date. Renewal payments are not refundable.
After you cancel #
- You are not charged again.
- Pastmark Pro keeps working on your site.
- When the license expires, you cannot download new versions or open support tickets. Read Renew your license.
You can buy a new license at any time.
