You download Pastmark Pro from your account on prefixwp.com. The free plugins (BugTrace and Pastmark) are on WordPress.org.
Download Pastmark Pro #
- Log in to My Account.
- Open the Downloads tab.
- Click the file name of Pastmark Pro.
- Your browser saves a zip file. Do not unzip it.
Then install it. Read Install Pastmark Pro.
You need an active license to download. If your yearly license has expired, renew it first. Read Renew your license.
Install a new version by hand #
When there is a new version, download it from My Account. Then:
- In WordPress, go to
Plugins → Add New Pluginand click Upload Plugin. - Choose the new zip file and click Install Now.
- WordPress sees that Pastmark Pro is already installed. Click Replace current with uploaded.
Your settings, alert rules and channels stay. They are saved in your database, not in the plugin files.
Make a backup of your site before you update any plugin.
