Your PrefixWP account is where you download your plugins, find your license keys and see your orders.
Your account is created when you buy #
You do not need to sign up. When you buy a Pro plugin, we create your account and email you your login details. Use the email address from your purchase.
Log in #
- Go to My Account on prefixwp.com.
- Enter your email address (or username) and your password.
- Click the log in button.
What you can do in My Account #

| Purchase history | Your orders, receipts and invoices. |
| License keys | Your license keys. |
| Account details | Your name, email address, billing address and password. |
Forgot your password? #
- On the login form, click the link for a lost password.
- Enter your email address.
- Open the email from PrefixWP and click the link.
- Choose a new password.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. Then contact us.
Change your email address #
Go to My Account → Account details. Change your email address and save.
Use the same email address when you contact support. We use it to find your order and license.
