With Pastmark Pro you can download your activity log as a CSV file. You can open it in Excel, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet app.
Export the log #
- Go to
User Activity → Activity Logs. - If you want, search or use Filters first. Read Search and filter the activity log.
- Click Export at the top.
- Your browser saves the file
pastmark-logs.csv.
What is in the file #
The export uses your search, and these filters: User, Event, Severity, ID and Date.
The filters Actor Type and Integration are not used for the export. The file can include more events than you see on the screen.
One export can have up to 100,000 events. For more, export smaller date ranges.
Export one event #
Open an event, then click Export in its menu. Your browser saves a file like pastmark-log-146.csv.
Examples #
- Monthly audit: Date: Last Month. Then click Export.
- Everything one user did: User: choose the user. Then click Export.
The CSV file can contain names, email addresses and IP addresses. Keep it in a safe place.
